How old would this one be?

ans: 35YRS,SECOND LAYER.

论坛上的各位大佬们猜得从15年到50年不等；这是original的屋面，就是屋主更换屋面时，没有将原来的沥青屋面拔掉，直接在上面加了一层沥青屋面。
